1986-1999 Sommelier and Maitre d Hotel in various restaurants and star hotels in Cameroon, France and England

Training at the hotel management school in Dijon, also as a sommelier and barman

Married. A wonderful 16 year old son.

My aim: to share the culinary culture of France, the joy of enjoyment and the selected quality of the food and wine with you as a customer in a personal atmosphere. That was the impetus for my business idea, which I am now returning to full of energy.


I stand for exquisite French and crossover cuisine in Munich and choose my ingredients very consciously. Whenever possible, I source my ingredients locally. Whenever appropriate, we refine our creations with international delicatessen products.
